I'm sick today, so I get to stay home from school. It's great.
So far I've:
-read Midnight Sun (the PDF version that I got off the website. I'm not the idiot who downloaded it illegally and made it get postponed for a while.)
-read and saved the rest of my RPGs
-read the rest of a fanfiction on my computer (I copied one chapter to WordPad so I could read it and it wouldn't count as part of my computer time. I did this to all my other reading material, too. See, if I use my room computer, which has no internet, it doesn't count.)
-done the laundry
-checked both e-mails
-gone on eC
-updated my blog
So, yeah. I'm going to try and make these posts a little less angsty and a little more interesting.
Anyhow, I'm kind of getting bored and I want to watch some Ouran, so BYE.

The Day I Nearly Killed Someone
Or at least concussed.
Anyway, in my english class, we have a talking stick, which is actually a frisbee. Someone threw it wrong and it landed next to me, so I picked it up, and the teacher wanted me to throw it back. I have really bad aim, so i wasn't too eager, but I tried- and it nearly crashed into the face of one of the boys sitting near the teacher.
The guy isn't popular or anything, and anyone could see it was a complete accident (I've demonstrated my total lack of aiming skills before) so we all laughed, but I was really embarrassed. I mean, I nearly decapitated the poor guy with a frisbee!
I apologized, of course, but I couldn't stop laughing about it once I got out of school.
I wonder. If he had been killed by a frisbee to the head, would I have gone to jail?

Wellllll...
School was... fast. I got math homework. But only a bit. It was a good day, but it was hard not to notice some things.
Like how I was surrounded by empty desks in math. And how I could have moved and no one would have minded, but I almost... chose to be alone.
Or maybe I was too embarrassed to move. I guess I didn't want to look like I was desperate for company.
And like how I laughed at what David was saying most of the time, but... it's obvious we don't have the same feelings for each other.
And how I noticed how one girl's hair looked a lot like my friend's, and it sort of made me blank out for a bit. Because some things I want to forget, even though I probably won't. Ever.
How I realized that I wouldn't be alone in math class if my friend hadn't practically dropped out of my school.
How I realized how painfully awkward I must have looked in english.
And I'm angsting. Great. What the heck.
I hate when I get like this. When it feels like I'm just... not worthless, but pretty close.
Well, tomorrow's another day. :)
Smilies are fillers. You can use them when you don't mean them.

I feel so much better now.
Well, David replied to my email, and we've pretty much cleared things up.
Which is great! The only thing that sucks in my life right now is that Sangy is away, which means I'm BORED OUT OF MY MIND.
Oh well.
I am not supposed to be on the computer right now, but my brother is being a sweetie and won't tell on me.
I lost my computer time for today because Dad caught me sneaking on yesterday.
Guess it had to happen eventually. I mean, I've been sneaking on while he was in the house for ages.
That was the first time for two months that he's caught me though. So I guess I'm a good sneak-er. Not sneaker. Sneak-er. So I'm not a shoe.
GOTTA GO BYE

Bleeeeargh.
I'm so bored.
But I read a few good books. If you're looking for light, funny-ish material and have a thing for vampire stories, I recommend The Good Ghoul's Guide to Getting Even, by Julie Kenner. It was a fun read.
If you want something a bit heavier as topics go, then try ALT ED, by Catherine Atkins. It was sad, but it does have a happy ending. It's a damn good book.
Now, if you're okay with topics like suicide in books, then I have an uber-good book for you. Seriously. If you can handle what's in the book, DON'T PASS IT UP. The name of the amazing book is: Thirteen Reasons Why, by Jay Asher. Seriously, it was so good. I promised myself I'd go to sleep at nine and I stayed up 'til eleven thirty almost just so I could finish it, even though I knew I was going to get like, no sleep. It was worth it. I think I might read it again, actually. It was that mind-blowing.
You want a summary? Go on wiki, I'm feeling lazy. Plus, I doubt that my blog is getting many hits. Who cares about my thoughts when you can make your own?

Wooooo! I did it!
I did everything on the list AND worked on my story. Now all I have to do is go to Drama and sign up. :)
Also, things I need to get for school:
-New pencil case
-geometry set
-paper
I can't wait to go get my schedule and find out what classes I have this year.
OH! That reminds me.
-CALL FREYA.
Anyways, I know I'm taking drama, which is bloody fricken awesome. :)
I think I get moral, but I'm not sure. Either way, another thing that makes this year special is that my little brother is going to come this year! Vinny, my youngest brother. My other younger brother goes to a different school because he has autism and apparently our parents don't want us to get distracted, 'cause in elementary I was always going to check on him and stuff.
Which was fun. Joe's a cutie.
Both my bros are, but you can't have them, they're mine. *hug*

I AM HOME
Yay!
Not really.
But I've started writing a horror story with sangy, which is fun. I'm pretty proud of my first post. It was sufficiently creepy and explanatory and horror-ish.
I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO.
Okay, LIST:
-email drama group the list because goddamnit you've been putting this off for months
-download all the songs I heard while staying with Sangy that I liked
-charge my ipod
-download a whole bunch of songs onto my ipod
-update my fanfics and delete the really crappy one [well, the crappy part of the crappy one because the beginning isn't bad]
-unpack
-clean my room
As you can see... UGH.
Plus now that I'm back, all my problems are kind of in focus, and I'm reminded that I have to go to school soon.
I owe Sangy some licorice.
Bai bai.
-Carla,
semi-depressy and in a procrastinate-y mood. also very tired.
